I never had any dealings with this garage until my 152 Transit broke down in Ballinasloe on a busy Thursday morning.I made contact with them and Patrick in service did his best to locate the part to get me back on the road and was well on top of his game. When this wasn't possible they let me stay in their waiting room and let me use their facilities until a colleague came with a replacement van later in the afternoon so I could complete my deliveries. They had the van repaired by next evening with no hassle and minimal down time.Overall ,well impressed with service levels, especially as I was a person who just walked in off the street 👍
